Yon is an organizational effectiveness consultant with a history of helping executives, leaders, and teams to accelerate performance by blending organizational psychology principles and experience working with Fortune 100 companies. She partners with executives and leaders to transform culture by identifying systemic issues and designing customized solutions to enhance engagement and positively impact performance.
Yon has worked with clients in the technology, entertainment, fashion, financial services, healthcare, and nonprofit sectors. With over 20 years of experience in organization effectiveness, leadership development, and HR management in Fortune 100 and multi-billion-dollar organizations, Yon helps her clients lead through change, create team alignment, and develop talent management strategies. She takes a systematic and holistic consulting approach, utilizing internal and external data to inform her recommendations.
Previously, Yon led organization effectiveness, organization development, and talent management at Warner Bros. Entertainment, The New York Times, and Microsoft. She is experienced in leading talent management projects in highly complex and fast-paced organizations. Yon earned a Doctorate in organizational psychology and is an ICF-credentialed executive coach. She is also certified in Korn Ferry’s Emotional and Social Competency (360) Inventory, Leadership Styles Assessment, and Organizational Climate Survey, and the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI).
