Core Philosophy: Leaders can increase their team’s effectiveness by attuning to the interpersonal dynamics of the group, and organization change requires clarity and presence of mind to make the vision a reality.
Angie excels at helping leaders increase their team’s effectiveness by attuning to the interpersonal dynamics of the group. She leverages her two decades of experience as an internal OD consultant to help anticipate the complex web of interrelated, competing priorities and interpersonal dynamics that leaders face. Angie knows that organization change requires clarity and presence of mind to navigate the personal agendas to make the vision a reality.
Angie develops strong relationships with her clients so that she can safely challenge them to find their true self and lead from there. Clients often comment that receiving feedback or being challenged by Angie is a refreshing experience. She knows how to help you change while keeping you whole. Angie is an expert at facilitating global teams to achieve their objective. As an internal organization development consultant, Angie built a consulting practice from supporting one division to eight divisions with 52 teams (on average) over a period of only three years.
Angie is an expert at offering consulting support and design for a variety of organization changes including global organization restructure, new leader team alignment/team start-up/team development from good to great, corporate strategy implementation, and global high-potential (SVP/Exec) program design and execution.
Angie typically works with Leaders of Leaders those in the “strategy sandwich,” those who are expected to execute the strategy and lead complex change for the organization whilst balancing the priorities and agendas of peers in global pharmaceutical/biotech, healthcare, and manufacturing.
When she is not helping to create positive productive workplaces, Angie enjoys pilates, indoor rowing, visiting our National Parks, hiking in the mountains, and lake life, all with her husband and 2 girls.
