Kendra M. Coleman is President of Kindred Organizational Consulting, a global change organization and leadership consultancy with an approach that centers on working with leaders to achieve genuine, sustainable business results that add value to their professional and life experiences. Based in Chicago, she travels worldwide to work with leaders, help enhance their leadership capability, and bring about change in a way that builds commitment within their organizations. Kendra describes that “helping leaders gain deeper awareness about their ways of working and thinking, and how both impact their effectiveness is a lot of fun for me — and insightful for them!”
Her expertise includes leading the design, development, and deployment of consultant teams that facilitate leadership development experiences that build individual and organizational leadership awareness, skills, and effectiveness. Kendra is a skilled and insightful facilitator and coach who has worked with C-level teams and executives to help them face their leadership challenges while celebrating their strengths.
With over 20 years of experience, Kendra has worked in a variety of sectors including manufacturing, fast-moving consumer goods, pharma, hydro-engineering, education, and international finance institutions to name a few. Examples of specific clients include Ford, Syngenta, World Bank Group, Astellas Pharmaceuticals, bp, Hennepin Healthcare, Next Street, and Aveda.
Kendra has a master’s degree in Organization Development & Change from American University and a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from UC Berkeley. Kendra received a PCC designation from the ICF and has worked with thousands of leaders and their teams over the course of her career. She is certified in systemic team coaching and is Gestalt trained.
