Michelle has worked with a variety of different industries and has worked both independently as a consultant as well in large Fortune 500 organizations across a variety of industries and particularly healthcare. Michelle coaches leaders across a variety of industries, but specializes in coaching leaders within Academic Institutions and such as Division and Section Chiefs as well as individual physicians who may struggle with professionalism issues or who want to improve their skills. Michelle has also coached leadership teams within the Biotechnology space and understands how the functioning of a team can impact the bottom line.
