Core Philosophy: We have a fundamental need to connect with others as we journey to discover who we are and the impact we create.
Simon’s practice is focused on enabling individuals, teams, and organizations to find the space to slow down and focus on what matters most. He works across a wide spectrum of contexts with Senior Leaders and their teams in FTSE100 companies, Board Members of NGO’s, UHNW Family Business, Leaders in Faith and Leadership in Education. He focuses on supporting leaders to manage the systemic anxiety created by uncertainty, change, and the competing needs of stakeholders so they can be more confident, collaborative, and effective. This results in purposeful strategies and actions for sustainable business impact in a world of distraction and noise.
