Yon is an organizational effectiveness consultant with a history of helping executives, leaders, and teams to accelerate performance by blending organizational psychology principles and experience working with Fortune 100 companies. She partners with executives and leaders to transform culture by identifying systemic issues and designing customized solutions to enhance engagement and positively impact performance.

Yon has been a consultant and executive coach to clients in the technology, entertainment, fashion, financial services, healthcare, and nonprofit sectors. With over 20 years of experience in organization effectiveness, leadership development, and HR management in Fortune 100 and multi-billion-dollar organizations, Yon works with her clients to lead through change, create team alignment, and develop talent management strategies. She has a systematic and holistic consulting approach, utilizing both internal and external data to inform her recommendations.

Previously, Yon led organization effectiveness, organization development, and talent management at Warner Bros. Entertainment, The New York Times, and Microsoft. She is experienced in leading talent management projects in highly complex and fast-paced organizations.
