Helen is a skilled consultant with a strong track record, and over 30-years’ experience, of designing and delivering leadership, team and organisation development strategies and programmes for clients around the globe. Her focus is to bring about sustainable personal and system wide change and improvement by helping her clients drive their business performance, and achieve strategic objectives, through the development of the people within them. With a background in Occupational Psychology, she has a deep understanding of the leadership and people dynamics impacting business performance. She combines this knowledge with her practical experience to develop pragmatic and innovative approaches to developing leaders, teams and organisations in service of improving performance and employee engagement.
She has worked with a broad and diverse range of clients, and her current clients include a major European Banking Corporation, a global Agri-Chemical business, a global re-insurance company and several NHS Trusts in England, where she is supporting senior team development and building collective and compassionate leadership. Previous clients have included the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank Group, an Irish Further Education College, and a major Irish retail organisation.
