Ariana Tahmooressi (she/her) is Communications & Programs Coordinator at Kindred Organizational Consulting (KOC), a U.S.-based global consultancy specializing in helping leaders to enhance their leadership capabilities and to bring about sustainable change within their organizations.
Utilizing her strengths of creativity, strategic thinking, organization, and communication, Ariana supports KOC’s partner and client relationships, operational efficiency, business development, and other projects and initiatives.
Ariana is passionate about fostering inclusive and collaborative environments, impactful learner experiences, and sustainable change and growth at both individual and organizational levels. Her professional background brings over 10 years of experience from various roles, organizations, and industries. Ariana’s expertise includes the areas of operations, marketing, administration, people management, and business development and strategy.
While currently based in Seattle, Washington, Ariana has lived in Minneapolis, Minnesota; Cannes, France; and Los Angeles, California, where she double-majored in French and Television Writing & Production.
