When it comes to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), how skilled are you?

I developed the below DEI skills scale as part of an Equity and Equality initiative I’m leading for International Women’s Forum Chicago, an international organization of women leaders with a mission to advance women’s leadership and champion equality worldwide. The scale is an adaptation of Benner’s novice to expert model, and is designed to catalyze thinking and action by helping people identify where they are, what they are doing and can do to further DEI in their lives and business.
