Kendra is a skilled and insightful facilitator and coach who has worked with C-level teams and executives to help them face their leadership challenges while celebrating their strengths.
With over 20 years of experience, Kendra has worked in a variety of sectors including manufacturing, fast-moving consumer goods, pharma, hydro-engineering, education, and international finance institutions to name a few. Examples of specific clients include Ford, Syngenta, World Bank Group, Astellas Pharmaceuticals, bp, Hennepin Healthcare, Next Street, and Aveda.
Kendra has a master’s degree in Organization Development & Change from American University and a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from UC Berkeley. Kendra received a PCC designation from the ICF and has worked with thousands of leaders and their teams over the course of her career. She is certified in systemic team coaching and is Gestalt trained.
