Satwant Kaur has an established track record as a skilled consultant, facilitator, and executive coach specialising in the area of leadership programmes, organisational development, cultural change and global inclusion. She is highly regarded as a coach and facilitator to Executive Boards, Chief Executives, Directors, Senior Managers, and teams leading on scoping, design, and programme delivery. Based in London, she has helped leaders across cultural landscapes in South-East Asia, EMEA, and the Americas to enable leaders to use their ’agency’ to achieve change and transformation. She is recognised as somebody who has a passion for success and is an innovative, challenging thinker whose personal style enables her to work alongside her clients in a collegiate style.

Her approach is to be a thought partner for leaders and she is known for her relationship-based approach alongside strategic and creative thinking. In her practice, Satwant operates with compassion and human spirit in creating safe spaces for leaders. She works through a systemic lens and her expertise is in facilitating small and large groups, group and one-to-one coaching, organisational development consulting assignments, group dynamics, and culture change utilising dialogical methods of inquiry and diverse learning interventions such as Gestalt.

With over 25 years’ experience, Satwant has worked for a range of clients across several sectors including financial, professional services, media, retail, engineering, arts, culture, government agencies, higher education, and health. Satwant’s clients include UBS, IFM Investors, Ernst and Young, The Argus Group, L’Oreal, Keuhne+Nagel, Saint- Gobain and Munters, including European institutions such as European Parliament and the European Commission.

Satwant completed her LLB Law Degree and undertook her MSc at the VU University in Amsterdam where she was awarded a Cum Lade. She is a certified NTL (National Training Laboratories Institute) Organisational Development Practitioner. In addition, she has a coaching qualification and is qualified to use a number of psychometrics tools including Hogan.
