Tsheli is a leadership and organizational development consultant with more than 22 years of experience in private, public, humanitarian, and not-for-profit organizations.

Culturally sensitive, commercially astute, and highly adaptive, Tsheli has worked across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East as well as diverse industries from Financial Services, Pharma, Health, Mining, and Automotive to FMCG. Examples of client systems that she has led, designed, and facilitated programs with include Vodafone, World Bank Group (WBG), Ericsson, Syngenta, Continental AG, Swarovski, Friesland Campina, STADA pharmaceuticals, International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), BHPBilliton (South Africa and Mozambique), and Debswana mines (Botswana).

Tsheli has a passion for building inclusive cultures and enabling differences in individuals and teams, including visible and less visible diversity. Her work is further informed by her background as a Clinical Psychologist and Organizational development practitioner. She provides a safe, supportive, and challenging environment for clients that enables them to address their concerns, leadership dilemmas, and aspirations. She does this by helping clients to leverage their strengths and understand their areas of development with a view to achieving their goals for the benefit of themselves and their organizations.

In addition to her consulting practice, she has a robust academic practice that includes teaching organizational change to MBA students and serving as Faculty on GenQ, a Leadership Development and Quality Improvement Masters Program for Senior Health practitioners.

As a Clinical Psychologist, she worked at Groote Schuur and Valkenberg hospitals in Cape Town as well as the Truth and Reconciliation Commission in the Reparations section and the Trauma Centre for survivors of violence and torture, providing coaching and therapeutic support for clients (e.g. refugees from Rwanda and Burundi in the late 1990’s).
